Questionnaires
This is going to be very much a “work in progress” as I fumble through the various on-line questionnaires I’ve taken. I admit I am something of a sucker for these things, hardly able to resist completing just about any of them I come across. Some I’ve saved, some which I wish I had I did not, and there’s at present little organization in what I’ve done and not done on my hard drive. This page is an attempt to add a little order to all of that.
I’m going to separate them into some broad categories, which should be self-explanatory. As to the validity of the results relative to my answers, or the reliability of the test itself at diagnosing whatever it claims to be doing, I have no idea and offer no opinion. Most of the results seem reasonably close to where I expected them to be, but that is hardly proof I would rely upon by itself, or expect anyone else to.
Depression

| My results: | N/A – results at bottom of quiz |
| Comments: | This quiz was retrieved from SuicideForum.com, a discussion board designed to help the depressed and/or suicidal on their path of recovery. There is a discussion thread on this test at the site, but it is in a section of the board that is only open to registered users, in the Depression sub-forum. Registration is free if for some reason anyone wishes to join the site. The ”Severely depressed” result of 61seems reasonable in my case. It is also slightly better than the result of 69 I achieved roughly three years ago.See here. And there it is a 33. |
Autism/Asperger’s
Note: All the quizzes/questionnaires related to Autism and Asperger’s were retrieved from this thread on the Wrong Planet.net discussion forum. Unless otherwise noted, and at present there’s no “otherwise” to note.

| My answers: | See here (link to Scribd) |
| My results: | Unable to locate file at present, but I know I scored between 31 and 34. 😦 |
| Comments: | If I cannot locate the results file, I’ll re-take the quiz with the same answers, and see what pops up.
Edit: I think this will be sufficient, a piece of an e-mail that relates to the same quiz. Link. |

| Comments: | A bit more extreme than I expected. Also, not sure how an on-line test can use words like “definitely” to describe anything. Obviously the author of this has no self-esteem issues. |
| Test Name: | The Aspie Quiz – A bit different, see below |
| My answers: | See here (link to Scribd) |
| My results: | N/A – answers and results in same file. |
| Comments: | The link takes you to the site’s main page, the Aspie Quiz is one of the choices on the left-side scroll bar.
I believe the questions on this test change each time you take it, given the “random” notation on the top screen. And I have no idea why However, this quiz is consistent with the others I’ve taken, and certainly went on long enough. |
Time Management
| Test Name: | The Time Paradox – (link is to main page for two quizzes) |
| My answers: | Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory Transcendental-future Time Perspective Inventory (link to Scribd) |
| My results: | ZTPI – Results TFTPI – Results |
| Comments: | Since I have not yet finished the book, I’m uncertain how to interpret these results. However, it appears I’m doing just about everything wrong that can be done wrong, given how far my scores were off from the authors’ ideal ratings. Assuming the authors are in fact correct. |
